While it may seem paradoxical, the truth is that many individuals experience a peculiar phenomenon colloquially known as "summertime sadness" – and no, that’s not just the name of a Lana Del Rey song. Contrary to popular belief, this emotional state is indeed a real thing, capable of impacting our work, productivity, and collaboration. What’s known as “summertime sadness” is actually a form of seasonal depression – yep, that phenomenon we usually only pay attention to in the winter.
